Fast forward to present day – the adjacent sites are also developed, and available space for scaffolding, debris bins and mobile cranes is in short supply

We are also leaders in the field of seismic upgrading, where the existing roofing is removed so that the decking can be re-attached and made more rigid to make the building more earth-quake resistant. We remove a piece, complete the seismic upgrade and make water-tight before the close of business each day until the project is complete
